Competition has become prevalent throughout our everyday activities. There is competition for parking spaces, for access to the shortest line at the grocery store, for the next sale, for the better job, for the idea that wins the boss’ approval… and the list goes on. Our collective mindset is that competition is the way to get ahead, the way to ensure our success… yet is it?

Oil disaster in Gulf of Mexico… downsizing in an organization… tweaking the finances for quarterly reporting… eating too much!!
