The most successful leaders, the conscious leaders, create an organization that channels each individual’s work or career mindset into alignment supporting the purpose and goals of the organization, while at the same time honoring the individual differences.

Mindset is Individual

In this post, let’s return to the acronym of Mindset…

In the July 22 post, I shared my game of creating acronyms for words, specifically the word Mindset for this blog. In the August 19 post, I shared my view that Mindset is Made Up. To continue the process:

My acronym for Mindset:

M = Made Up
I   = Individual
N = New
D = Different
S  = Shift
E = Evolve
T = Truth

Our personal Mindset is Made Up from our Individual experiences and by accepting information. To have a New Mindset, you have to be willing to think and explore Different perceptions which creates a Shift in your Mindset and allows you to Evolve to a new level of Truth for yourself.
